April 3, 2008 – A new valet system went “live” on April 2 at the Marina City parking ramps. Residents will soon be receiving more information on the system.

David Amponsah, Area Manager for System Parking, says although parking fees will not change, residents will have to purchase coupons. The coupon will be inserted into the pay machine at the south plaza entrance. A valet will then retrieve the car.

The system is related to radio frequency identification (RFID) readers that were recently installed on the plaza level of both towers to help track inventory.
