Photo: Ah, the luxurious life of a Trump hotel manager

Travel+Leisure

April 26, 2011 – (Above) During a morning meeting with housekeepers at Trump International Hotel & Tower, T. Colm O’Callaghan (the one wearing a tie) leads his staff in stretching exercises. A new two-minute video by Travel+Leisure follows Colm (pronounced more like “column” than “colm”) through a typical day as general manager.

Besides stretching with housekeepers, his day includes a tour of the property, checking on rooms, sampling pastries, meeting with the sommelier and executive chef, staff meetings, and checking in by phone (below) with Donald Trump.

“I am inspired each and every day,” says O’Callaghan in the video, “by the talented and creative people that I work with that really make this such a wonderful experience for me.”
