Isabelli Media Relations

October 16, 2012 – (Above) This is Dover Sole in Champagne Truffle Sauce, if you must ask, prepared by Chef Edward Gray McNally of Tortoise Club, an upscale restaurant that will open at Marina City on November 19.

McNally shows off this and other high-end dishes in a short video recently uploaded to Vimeo. A First Look at The Tortoise Club with Chef McNally features the veteran of three local upscale restaurants, including Spiaggia on North Michigan Avenue and the old Elysian Hotel, now a Waldorf Astoria, preparing New York Strip Steak, Steamed Mussels, Steak Tartare, and Brussels Sprouts Salad.

Isabelli Media Relations, a Chicago-based public relations firm, produced the video. Click on above image to view larger version.
