Serving the Loop and Near North neighborhoods of downtown Chicago
River North associations soliciting infrastructure complaints

April 16, 2009 – Have a complaint about potholes, curbs, sidewalks, graffiti, building exteriors, street lights, power lines, signs, traffic control, crosswalks, lane markings, parking issues, waste management, alleys, parks, greenspace, or landscaping?

The River North Residents Association and River North Business Association want to hear from you. They have developed an online survey to find out what is in need of repair, maintenance, or enhancement – to improve safety, convenience, and utility for people who live and/or work in the River North neighborhood of downtown Chicago.

Survey results will be shared with 42nd Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly’s office. According to the RNBA, “The Alderman’s staff and the various city services have always been very accessible and responsive with respect to infrastructure needs.”

The survey is conducted twice a year but this is the first time a survey was created for use by both residents and businesses.
