October 10, 2010 – (Above) Thousands of less-than-elite runners stream past Marina City on Sunday morning, 22 minutes into the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. The winner was Samuel Wanjiru of Kenya – again. He won his second consecutive Chicago Marathon in two hours, five minutes, and five seconds.

Liliya Shobukhova of Russia won her second straight women’s title. Officially, 38,132 runners started the race. Click on images to view larger versions.
