In the upper left corner of this photo, above Dearborn Street and House of Blues, a suspended “swing stage” scaffold sits on the 19th floor of the west tower parking ramp at Marina City. Workers from Designed Equipment Corporation assembled the scaffolding and sidewalk canopies on Wednesday afternoon, in preparation for repair of the exterior concrete on both residential towers.
