1-Dec-17 – At knifepoint, a 44-year-old man from west of the Loop was robbed of cash, phone, and watch while walking on State Street in River North after midnight.

The man told Chicago police he was south of Kinzie Street on November 17 at about 12:30 a.m. when three men approached. One of the men grabbed him by the neck and pushed him against a wall while another pulled out a knife and told him to “give me what you have.”

They went through his pockets, stealing his wallet with two credit cards inside and $250 in cash. They also got an iPhone 6s worth about $700 and a Rolex watch worth about $500.

Police did not have much of a description other than the men were black with dark brown complexions.
