Serving the Loop and Near North neighborhoods of downtown Chicago
River North Association changes name

February 26, 2009 – The River North Association has changed its name. It is now River North Business Association.

Members include businesses and residents of the River North neighborhood of downtown Chicago. According to its web site, the organization is “a diverse and vibrant cross-section of the business community drawn to the River North neighborhood because we feel at home in an environment that supports our entrepreneurial spirit and need to be inspired in all areas of business and in life.”

RNBA has launched a button campaign. The buttons read, “We Mean Business in River North.” Businesses will start handing them out to customers starting on March 26. The buttons are free and will get the bearer discounts at participating River North businesses.
