July 24, 2010 – (Above) Police officers grab an unidentified man who had been standing on a narrow platform below the Clark Street Bridge Saturday morning. The incident at about 10:05 a.m. attracted Chicago Fire Department vehicles and onlookers to the bridge and Wacker Drive. The man was wearing jeans and no shirt. Two officers placed him on the forward deck of the police boat. It is not yet known why he was under the bridge. (Click on image to view larger version.)
