August 1, 2020 – A 15-story office building could replace a mid-block parking lot west of the Loop. Vista Property Group is proposing the new building for 609 West Randolph Street. The project would include an existing four-story loft, built in the 1890s, located at 601 West Randolph Street.

According to 42nd Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly, the building’s design by Antunovich Associates was revised to “to fit within the overall neighborhood context” and preserve the existing building.
