December 21, 2011 – (Above) Work continues under wraps Wednesday on the south plaza at 330 North Wabash. Workers are installing a ramp to make the plaza accessible to people with disabilities, according to a building manager who did not want to be identified.

330 North Wabash will be renamed “AMA Plaza” in 2013 when the American Medical Association moves its headquarters from its current location at 515 North State. The AMA will occupy floors 39 through 47. Floors 2-13 will be the Langham Chicago Hotel, a 330-room luxury hotel expected to open in the summer of 2012.
