August 21, 2009 – Routine maintenance has closed the plaza level near Smith & Wollensky. According to the restaurant’s General Manager, Patrick Norton, the commercial property manager, Transwestern Commercial Services, is re-caulking between the slabs of concrete to prevent leaks.

Two sections of the patio area at Smith & Wollensky have been completed, and one more area will be done this week.
