June 1, 2011 – (Above) Four-time titlist Ryan Shafer of Horseheads, New York, starts to breath again after bowling a perfect game at the GEICO PBA Team Shootout at Marina City’s 10pin Bowling Lounge. It happened in the first game on Wednesday, a singles match between players representing bowling equipment manufacturers Storm Products and Brunswick.

The four-day event concludes Wednesday evening. (Click on images to view larger versions.)

(Above) Newly crowned United States Bowling Congress champion Missy Parkin (at left), the only woman in the competition, bowled Wednesday afternoon for Team 900 Global.
