April 9, 2012 – (Above) Guests at Marina City’s Smith & Wollensky dined under a sunny sky on Sunday, next to a scaffold that has been hanging off the plaza level for several days. The side of the commercial platform, below the patio but above the marina, is getting a fresh coat of paint.
