January 24, 2015 – A parking garage in the same 59-story complex as 33 West Ontario Condominium Association has been sold for $16.9 million.

The 364-unit condo association did not own Ohio Ontario Self Park but unit owners did have the option of owning parking spaces there.

Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust, Inc., a real estate investment trust, purchased the six-story, 366-car parking garage on December 23, 2014, and announced it on Monday.

JLL president Allan Swaringen says the investment is “taking advantage of the location’s robust demand from a growing residential, hotel, office, retail, and entertainment supply.”

Imperial Parking Corporation will operate the garage.
