July 1, 2014 – As 111 West Wacker Drive nears completion, the first tenants of the 60-story tower will move in on Tuesday.

Related Midwest, which is calling the building “OneEleven,” announced on Monday that about 150 of 504 luxury apartments have been rented in the past three months since pre-leasing started.

“It is always a proud moment when we unveil a new building, but this is especially true with OneEleven,” said Curt Bailey, president of Related Midwest, which acquired the site in 2011. “Every inch of OneEleven is dedicated to providing city renters the sophisticated lifestyle they expect of a five-star building in this vibrant, urban setting.”

Monthly rents that start at $1,895 will buy access to billiard and screening rooms, a fitness center, indoor pool, sun deck, and terrace with fire pit, outdoor kitchens, and private cabanas. Interior designer Kara Mann has decorated six model apartments, ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom.
