This is what your Google Analytics graph looks like when your web site has been written about by the Chicago Tribune and United Press International, and your web address has been distributed as far as the Financial Times in Mumbai, India.
In all fairness, the graph below represents monthly visits to Marina City Online since mid-2007. Since then, MCO has been visited more than 47,000 times.

The spike at left occurred on November 10, 2007, when the news aggregator fark.com snared the headline, “Chicago’s Marina City, tired of all the paparazzi, proposes photography ban, citing ‘common law copyright under current state and federal law.’”
