Apr. 4, 2023 – Retail space next to The Westin Michigan Avenue has been sold. 5,860 square feet of space at 909 North Michigan Avenue sold for $27.3 million to an undisclosed buyer. The space has three tenants – luxury brands Anne Fontaine, Bvlgari, and Omega – but does not include the hotel at that address.
