Art isn’t always where you expect to find it. A repeating pattern, stretching seemingly endlessly into the distance – sometimes it’s at the mailbox. Todd Lappin of Telstar Logistics noticed this last week while visiting from San Francisco. These are mailboxes for residents of Marina City. They are located in the center of the south side of the commercial platform.

“I love the design of the Marina City complex,” Lappin said when contacted by email after we saw this on flickr.com, “so I went for a little walk through it when I was nearby.”
