Navy Pier hotel hires general manager

July 6, 2020 – The hotel being built at Navy Pier has hired a general manager.

Laurent Boisdron will be the 222-room Sable Hotel’s first GM. The Sable will be a Hilton hotel, part of its Curio Collection brand.

“I was attracted to this project as I believe it will truly take lodging and hospitality in Chicago to a completely new level,” said Boisdron. “Opening the doors of this property at possibly the most iconic destination in the city is a great honor and I promise to lead our team to bring extraordinary service, innovation, and experiences to all those that pay us a visit.”

Boisdron was previously general manager of the Conrad Hilton in Manila.
