March 23, 2011 – Rest assured that Marina City Online is not endorsing Alderman Ronin Gibbons in any upcoming election. We don’t like his fancy chauffeured limousine. We don’t like the suits he wears, or his fancy office, or his liquor cabinet, or his contempt for constituents.

In this scene from Monday’s episode of The Chicago Code, filmed on the Chicago Riverwalk last year, undercover police officer Liam Hennessey, played by Billy Lush, walks away after telling police superintendent Teresa Colvin (Jennifer Beals) that he will stay undercover in order to “bring Gibbons down.”

In background, right to left, are Wrigley Building, Trump International Hotel & Tower, 330 North Wabash, and Marina City. (Click on image to view larger version.)
