March 10, 2016 – We really don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it looks like the driver of a City of Chicago tow truck misjudged the distance to a steel fence along the Riverwalk west of Lake Shore Drive. Department of Streets & Sanitation trucks park on Lower Wacker Drive near the auto pound. A guard at the auto pound said on Wednesday there was a truck-fence collision but not recently, so while this might not be the guilty truck, it is parked suspiciously close to the fence.
