March 29, 2010 – (Above) Scaffolding went up last week above and around the glass enclosure housing parking cashiers at Marina City. The scaffolds will protect the dome as work on Marina City’s massive exterior concrete moves to the inner sides of both towers. Photo by Steven Dahlman.
