May 11, 2011 – (Above) A fan poses with comedian/TV host/author Chelsea Handler, who was at Macy’s on State Street late Wednesday afternoon. At least 500 people lined up to see her, some getting there at 9 a.m. Handler was in town to promote her book, Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me. She also performed at the Chicago Theater.

“Thank you for getting a copy of the new book,” Handler told the crowd. “It’s really, really stupid.”

The author of three books on the New York Times Best Seller list, Handler hosts a late-night talk show on the E! Cable Television Network. (Click on image to view larger version.)
