February 26, 2010 – A new lawsuit has been filed against four organizations related to Marina City.

It is a personal injury case type filed on February 10 by Tara Collins, who is seeking $50,000.

She is suing Lasalle Hotel Properties, owner of Hotel Sax and commercial property at Marina City, Marina Towers Condominium Association, System Parking, and the commercial property manager, Transwestern Commercial Services.

Neither Collins nor her attorney could be reached for comment. A status hearing is scheduled for May 26.
