October 14, 2014 – The walkway that will get the Chicago Riverwalk under the Clark Street Bridge has been delivered. Chicago Department of Transportation says the pre-cast under-bridge structure arrived on October 8 and installation will continue into next week.

The walkway under the Dearborn Street Bridge is still being installed. Rebar is fitted into the walkway before concrete is poured.

Workers are currently installing an irrigation system, drainage structures, forms for concrete, and electrical conduits. They continue to drain water from between the old and new river walls.
