Mar. 15, 2023 – The developer of a 33-story hotel/office tower planned for River North has submitted a zoning application to the city to allow the tower to include residential units. Rising above a parking lot behind Reid Murdoch Center, the 33-story tower will also include a 500-room hotel, office and retail space, and a bar/restaurant.
