August 22, 2010 – (Above) Traditional Chinese dancers tell the story of Niulang and Zhinu at Millennium Park Sunday afternoon. For the second year, the Chinese Fine Arts Society performed Qi Xi: A Chinese Love Story. The performance traveled throughout the park but started at Cloud Gate.

About 200 artists – including opera singers, lion dancers, martial artists, and instrumentalists – presented a tale of forbidden love that resulted in the creation of the Milky Way galaxy. (Click on images to view larger versions.)
