Marina City in new Chevy commercial

Goodby, Silverstein & Partners

October 15, 2010 – Marina City shows up in a television spot for Chevrolet that was filmed in Chicago earlier this year.

The spot is for the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. Goodby, Silverstein & Partners of San Francisco produced four 30-second spots, voiced by actor Tim Allen.

“Civic Hunting Season” includes a shot of the Marina City parking ramps from Wacker Drive and a short scene on the 19th floor of the west tower ramp. The ramp scene was filmed on August 29, according to Steve Barry, an account director for Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.

The first commercial in the series premiered in September.
