CBS News Sunday Morning

April 23, 2013 – (Above) CBS News reporter Dean Reynolds speaks with Chicago real estate broker Chezi Rafaeli on Trump International Hotel & Tower’s 89th floor, which is for sale for just $32 million. (Click on image to view larger version.)

Reynolds was at Trump on March 8 for a story filed for the CBS News program Sunday Morning, which aired this week.

According to Rafaeli, three prospective owners are interested in the 14,250 square foot apartment, believed to be the highest private home in the western hemisphere, or what Reynolds described as “the grandest place to live in the Windy City.”

Besides the $32 million asking price, there is the small matter of property taxes, $320,000 per year, condo fees of $12,000 per month, and one parking space will cost you another $100,000.
