June 25, 2013 – A ten-and-a-half minute video uploaded to YouTube claims to show a burglary on June 18 at 520 West Erie Street. The four-story office building is at the west end of Erie Street.

The video shows a man in dark clothing and dark gray hat entering the building through the front door at about 12:59 a.m. He is next seen in a narrow hallway on the third floor, looking into an office through a window. He glances up toward the camera at least twice.

After taking the stairs to another floor, he comes back to the third floor and tries unsuccessful to pry open the door of Suite 330. Then he goes next door to Suite 340. Another camera inside that office shows him peering in through the hallway window. He tries the doorknob, puts down a backpack, takes out a tool, and quickly opens the office door.

He is in the office for exactly two minutes and leaves with three laptop computers. 40 seconds later he is seen fleeing the building with items wrapped in clothing under his right arm. He is gone by 1:45 a.m.

YouTube user “CurrentNewsTVx” uploaded the video on June 20.
