February 26, 2017 – Chicago police are looking for a burglar, caught on video breaking into a woman’s apartment through an unlocked door.

It happened on February 5 in the 1000 block of North Clark Street. At about 3 a.m., according to police, the man opened the unlocked apartment door and, while the woman who lived there was sleeping, stole her money and credit cards.

He is described as a black male, about 5’11” tall, 190 pounds. He was wearing what appeared to be an Adidas backpack. Area Central Detectives can be reached at 312-747-8382.
