In an interview with W magazine, the 32-year-old guitar-playing Bowles said, “We’re going to have a booth serving things like lobster corn dogs, truffle parmesan popcorn, and buffalo wings with micro celery, blue cheese foam and [Pabst Blue Ribbon] bubbles.”

The music festival is scheduled for August 7-9 at Grant Park.

Bowles lives in the west tower at Marina City. He is the chef and owner of Graham Elliot’s, a restaurant in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. In June, he competed with other world-renowned chefs on Bravo television network’s Top Chef Masters.
