Assisted living provider moving HQ to 330 North Wabash

November 22, 2013 – About 100 corporate employees of a nationwide provider of assisted living will be moving to new headquarters at 330 North Wabash.

Assisted Living Concepts is currently based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, but will move to River North in December. The company has signed a lease for 25,265 square feet in the 52-floor riverfront building designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.

CEO Jack Callison, Jr., says ALC was attracted to Chicago by its “easy access to transportation” and “large and diverse workforce” from which they plan to hire.

More than 4,500 people currently work for Assisted Living Concepts, a publicly owned company that was acquired in July by TPG Capital, a private investment firm. ALC manages more than 200 assisted living residences in the United States.
