River North apartment building sells for $9.58 million

July 27, 2020 – A two-year-old 27-unit apartment building in River North has sold for $9.58 million. It is the first mid-market multi-family property to trade hands in River North in three years, according to CoStar Group.

Interra Realty says it brokered the sale of 943 North Crosby Street from Metro Park LLC to Recon Properties LLC.

“There are a limited number of newly-constructed, boutique-sized apartment buildings in this part of the city, which makes them especially appealing to investors when they become available,” said Joe Smazal, Interra’s senior managing partner.
