AMLI River North opens leasing office

April 23, 2013 – AMLI Residential says it will open its 50-story luxury apartment tower in River North in July. The real estate company has meanwhile opened a temporary leasing office at 432 North Clark Street, one block north of the 409-unit residential high-rise that is nearing completion at Clark and Hubbard Streets.

According to the building’s website, rents range from $1,745 per month for a 575 square foot studio apartment to $3,657 per month for a 1,199 square foot two-bedroom apartment.

“We are on schedule with the building’s construction and cannot wait until the first residents begin to move in later this summer,” said Jennifer Wolf, AMLI’s senior vice president of development, in a recent news release.

The leasing office will move into AMLI River North in late June.

Prime Property Fund, an investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley, owns AMLI Residential. Based in Chicago, AMLI owns or manages 56 apartment communities in ten cities, including AMLI 900 in Chicago’s South Loop.
