A Mano planning outdoor patio

May 20, 2008 – Amano Italian Trattoria is planning an outdoor patio near its Dearborn Street entrance. The restaurant, owned by Daniel Sachs, the owner of BIN 36, has applied for a liquor license that is now required for outdoor dining.

Joanne Chessie, General Manager of BIN 36, says they hope to have the patio “in full swing by the first week of June, just in time for Chicago to finally warm up!”

Marina City residents recently received a notice of the application from the Department of Business Affairs and Licensing. The notice refers to C.I. Restaurants, which is the company behind A Mano.
