The aluminum base of a column on the north side of 353 North Clark was still in protective wrapping on Sunday. There is no exact opening date, but the building is expected to be completed between October and December. Three upscale restaurants will be located at 353 North Clark. The Oceanaire Seafood Restaurant, a chain based in Minneapolis, will open its first location in Illinois. The other restaurants are Ruth Chris Steak House and Rosa Mexicano. In March, 353 North Clark was 80 percent leased.
