Search and display your listings from any Web page
for just $2 per day.

Every morning, our programming can automatically login to your MLS data provider’s FTP site and retrieve your current MLS listings. Listings are then copied to a smaller, local database and indexed for faster retrieval by visitors to your website.

We can provide you with a <script> tag to insert into your Web page to display these listings, either properties for sale or properties for rent.

The listings can be inserted into any page. Visitors do not leave your website to view listings. They can also signup for free updates sent to them by email.

If there are any additional photos, they are presented as thumbnails. Clicking on an image will display a larger version in a pop-up window.

The SHOW MAP button will display a small Google Map of the location of the property, with additional buttons to make the map “zoom in,” “zoom out,” or show a satellite view.

The REQUEST SHOWING button will take the visitor to a temporary page (with your name in the title) from which a showing may be requested. The visitor enters their name, email address, telephone number, and selects from the form two preferred dates and times to see the property. Calendars of the current month and the next month are displayed.

This form generates an email to you containing the information that was entered along with the address of the property. The visitor is then returned to the listings.

No shortage of user options. At the top of the page are buttons to allow your Web page visitor to re-select listings for sale or rent, re-select number of bedrooms, and sort the listings by price or by date. At the bottom of the page, the number of listings is displayed.

We can display your most recent Twitter tweet and a link to your Facebook page. And if there are any competing agents for whom you do not want to display listings, our programming can discretely skip them.

A <script> tag is available to display an abbreviated version of a random listing, with a button the visitor to your Web page may click to see the full listing.

Other handy tools...

Allow visitors to your site to signup for daily updates by email of new listings and rentals. They may request listings for a specific address or zip code. Included in the email is a link to cancel the alert.

You may login to an administration page to see a list of everyone who has signed up, and cancel an alert if needed. Our programming will generate email with your listings, logo, and contact information.

A daily usage report sent to you by email summarizes visits to your listing pages and specific listings that were viewed.
