Send us your rental listings in an Excel spreadsheet and property photos as JPEG files. We will polish the images and enter the information into a database that you and your prospective tenants can access from your website. Or if you prefer, you may enter data and upload photos yourself. The listings and a Search Form can be inserted into any Web page. Visitors do not leave your website to view listings. We can send you <script> tags to insert into your HTML pages, or with FTP access to your website we can do this for you at no extra charge. Other handy tools... Receive by email rental applications submitted from your website. Automatically populate any <SELECT> element with addresses (street address, unit and city) of your active properties, sorted by city, then street address. Display abbreviated text-only listings for mobile devices or home-page summary. Display an animated “slideshow” of existing property photos. All for an affordable monthly fee... There is no contract to sign. Send us your listings and try it with no obligation. If you like it, we will invoice you on the 20th of each month in the amount of just $2 per active listing. You may cancel at any time.
