27-Oct-16 – Each costing at least $1.5 million, nine units have been sold so far at the 45-unit condominium that will start going up next spring on the north side of Trump International Hotel & Tower.

Belgravia Group says the sales office for Renelle on the River will officially open on Thursday on the west side of River Plaza, the 56-story condo that will be Renelle‘s closest neighbor.

The 18-story “luxury condominium community,” as Belgravia describes it, will be built over an underground parking garage. Units will have private balconies, ten-foot ceilings, three or four bedrooms, and range in price from about $1.5 to $3.2 million. There will be three units per floor.

David W. Ruttenberg “With only 45 homes, we are creating a residential jewel box with strong appeal among sophisticated, well-heeled condominium buyers who desire the space of a single-family home with the benefits of urban living,” says David “Buzz” Ruttenberg (left), founder of Belgravia Group.

He says the land on which Renelle will be built is “one of the last riverfront sites available for development.”

The name is inspired by the word “runnel,” meaning a small stream or brook.

Groundbreaking is planned for next spring. The project should be finished in late summer 2018.

Six listings were on the MLS on Wednesday. They range from a three-bedroom unit on the third floor for $1.584 million to a four-bedroom unit on the 14th floor for $2.885 million.
